Zutaten
- 60 ml Gin Mare
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml rosemary-infused simple syrup
- 30 ml Mediterranean tonic water
Zubereitung
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Gin Mare, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary-infused simple syrup.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with Mediterranean tonic water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary.
Serve in a tall highball glass with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig garnish.
