Mediterranean Breeze

Ingredientes

• 60 ml Gin Mare
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml rosemary-infused simple syrup
• 30 ml Mediterranean tonic water

Preparación

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Gin Mare, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary-infused simple syrup.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top with Mediterranean tonic water.
6. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary.

Serve in a tall highball glass with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig garnish.
