- 50 ml Eden Mill Love Gin
- 25 ml Himbeerlikör
- 25 ml Zitronensaft
- 15 ml Honigsirup
- 1 Eiweiß

Anweisungen:
1. Alle Zutaten ohne Eis in einen Shaker geben und 10 Sekunden lang kräftig schütteln.
2. Eis in den Shaker geben und erneut 10-15 Sekunden lang schütteln.
3. In ein gekühltes Coupé-Glas abseihen.
4. Mit einer frischen Himbeere und einem Rosmarinzweig garnieren.
