This Prosecco Extra Dry is produced by Torresella, whose vineyards are located between the Alps and the Venice lagoon, creating peculiar climatic conditions and a fertile land rich in minerals.
It consists of 100% Glera grapes, which are softly pressed and the second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.
In the glass, the wine appears as a pale straw yellow, with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, there are hints of flowers and citrus fruits. The taste is lively and well-balanced.
