San León - Reserva de Familia - Manzanilla

Bodegas Argüeso's Reserva de Familia is a Manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, made from Palomino Fino and aged under flor in the town's famously humid, sea-influenced conditions. Manzanilla's coastal character sets it apart from Fino: the constant Atlantic air produces something distinctly saline and delicate.

Expect a pale, bone-dry wine with chamomile, green olive, and a clean, briny finish. At 15% ABV it holds its structure without weight. Serve well chilled alongside seafood, sashimi, jamón, or as a focused aperitif before a formal dinner.
