MIDSUMMER SOLSTICE SERENADE

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Hendrick's - Midsummer Solstice Gin
  • 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
  • 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Hendrick's - Midsummer Solstice Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, suspended over the glass.
