Hendrick's Gin

Hendrick's Gin is produced at the Girvan distillery in Ayrshire, Scotland, by William Grant & Sons. The gin is distilled in two small, antique stills — a Carter-Head and a Bennett still — and the two distillates are blended together before bottling. This dual-distillation approach is a defining feature of how the spirit is made.

The gin is flavoured with eleven botanicals, with rose petals and cucumber among the most distinctive additions alongside more traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, and citrus peel. The result is a style that sits on the floral and lighter end of the gin spectrum, with the cucumber in particular giving it a fresh, cool character that differs noticeably from classic London Dry expressions. It is bottled at 41.4% ABV.

The core expression is the Original, which established the house style when it launched in 1999. William Grant & Sons has since extended the range with limited and seasonal releases that experiment with additional botanicals, though the Original remains the benchmark for the brand's characteristic flavour profile.
