Key characteristics

About this liqueur

Giffard, a French liqueur house, produces this Ananas des Caraïbes et Ananas Confit, a pineapple liqueur blending fresh Caribbean pineapple with candied pineapple for added depth.

Ripe, tropical and sweet, it delivers genuine pineapple character rather than the synthetic edge found in many fruit liqueurs. Use it to build tiki-style cocktails, lift a rum punch, or splash over vanilla ice cream and grilled pineapple in the galley.
