The harvest is manual, the grapes are picked at the optimum of their maturity and are carefully sorted to bring the best of the harvest. The white wine is produced by skin maceration then pressing, cold settling, fermentation takes place in barrels. Clear, intense yellow colour, a slightly toasted floral and citrus nose, ample and generous mouthfeel.
