Ingredients:

- 60 ml Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml agave syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and orange bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and enjoy the smoky and herbaceous flavors.
