Brilliant color with salmon hues. The nose is very expressive, leaning towards citrus, grapefruit, and then strawberry. With aeration, there is a beautiful varietal typicity: spicy and floral aromas. On the palate, the strawberry flavor emerges, giving way to a pronounced acidity. The mid-palate is very interesting: the fruity character is balanced by the tension. Overall, the wine presents a typical Braquet style.

Key characteristics
About this wine
Château de Bellet produces one of France's most distinctive rosés from the tiny Bellet appellation in the hills above Nice. This rare rose blend showcases the unique terroir of the French Riviera's oldest wine region, where Alpine influences and Mediterranean warmth create ideal conditions for elegant, balanced wines. The estate's commitment to quality viticulture yields a rosé of pronounced intensity, with vibrant citrus and red fruit aromatics complemented by subtle floral and spicy notes.
The Bellet Rosé from Château de Bellet is remarkably versatile at the table. Its crisp acidity and refined structure make it an exceptional pairing for shellfish, crab, and fresh fish preparations, while also complementing sushi and sashimi with grace. Beyond seafood, this wine pairs beautifully with goat cheese, citrus-based dishes, green vegetables, and lighter poultry preparations. A sophisticated addition to any cheese plate, it represents the pinnacle of Provençal rosé craftsmanship.
