Tasting notes
Pale gold, brilliant. Nose of white blossom, ripe pear and a flinty mineral edge. The palate is dense yet precise, with citrus oil, brioche and a saline core. Finish is long, chalky and refined, true to premier cru Puligny.

About this wine
Benoît Ente makes this Chardonnay from Clos de la Truffière, a premier cru vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy, one of the Côte de Beaune's most respected white wine villages. Puligny's limestone-rich soils give Chardonnay real depth and structure alongside its trademark precision.
Expect a richer, more textured style than Chablis, with weight and length balanced by fine acidity. Serve at 12-14°C with shellfish, pasta dishes or Camembert, or pour alongside oily fish and a cheese and charcuterie board.
