Here comes the new archaic form of Franciacorta - hardly any residual sugar, no dosage, but purism in its purest form. Fresh and direct on the nose, yet finely polished and not exuberant. Extremely elegant on the palate with a fine perlage and plenty of agility. For all its vivacity, it is always sensual, almost distinguished and discreetly subtle and of the greatest harmony. A fresh and crisp fine sparkling wine from the best house and one of the most characterful representatives of its kind at the moment.

About this sparkling wine

Bellavista is a renowned winery located in the Franciacorta DOCG region of Italy. Founded in 1977 by the Moretti family, Bellavista has become one of the most respected producers of sparkling wines in the world. Their flagship wine, 'Alma' Grand Cuvee Non Dosato, is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 24 months on the lees, giving it a complex and elegant character.

The result is a sparkling wine with a fine perlage, a delicate bouquet of white flowers, citrus and green apple, and a creamy, full-bodied palate.
