"A blend of Chenin Blanc, Semillon and Muscat d'Alexandrie, the 2015 Haarlem to Hope has a very aromatic, perfumed bouquet with yellow flowers, peach skin, wet wool and a faint by tempting scent of custard cremes. The palate is well balanced with a slightly waxy entry, a fine thread of acidity, touches of peach, dried apricot and ginger with a lemongrass-tinged finish. There is something very assured about this wine." Neal Martin
B Vintners is a collaboration between cousins Gavin Bruwer and Bruwer Raats. With a glance to the past, their aim has been to explore the heritage of the South African wine industry, and as such they have a huge focus on sourcing their grapes from the most interesting vineyard sites in the Cape. Their wine making approach is innovative but simple, allowing the wines to express their sense of place.
B Vintners was awarded 3 Five Star wines in The Platter Guide 2018.
