Bright light golden colour. The nose is pure, with primary fruit notes, crushed grapes, apple, and pear. Medium weight with a fresh backbone, crisp and youthful with white fleshed fruit, citrus zest and a medium to long finish.
The nose of the 2016 Haarlem to Hope is mineral with apples and tropical fruits with a subtle white spice. The palate shows yellow apples and pineapple with a fine powdery minerality. The finish is spicy, with good grip and good acidity. The wine is medium to full-bodied.
