Golden Agave Sunset

Ingredients

• 60 ml Don Julio Reposado
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave nectar
• 15 ml Cointreau
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Don Julio Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, Cointreau, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a pinch of smoked sea salt on top.
