El Dorado Sunset

Ingredients

• 60 ml Codigo 1530 Anejo
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave nectar
• 10 ml Aperol
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Codigo 1530 Anejo, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, Aperol, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Garnish with an orange twist.
