Azul Sunset

Ingredients

• 60 ml Clase Azul Reposado
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave syrup
• 15 ml Aperol
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Clase Azul Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, Aperol, and orange bitters
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with an orange twist
