Ingrediënten
- 60 ml JNPR - RHHM No. 1
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 10 ml Chartreuse Verte
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white
- Ice
Bereiding
- Add JNPR - RHHM No. 1, lemon juice, honey syrup, Chartreuse Verte, Angostura bitters, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
- Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Double strain into the prepared glass.
Serveren
Coupe glass chilled with crushed ice, garnished with a twisted lemon peel positioned on the rim and a single star anise floated atop the foam.
