Glendronach - 18 yrs

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Glendronach 18 Years Old
• 20 ml Pedro Ximénez sherry
• 15 ml Bénédictine
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 sugar cube

Bereiding

1. Place the sugar cube in a mixing glass and add both dashes of Angostura bitters and the orange bitters.
2. Gently muddle the sugar cube until partially dissolved.
3. Add the Glendronach 18, Pedro Ximénez sherry, and Bénédictine to the mixing glass.
4. Fill the mixing glass with large ice cubes.
5. Stir continuously for 45 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
6. Strain into the prepared glass using a julep strainer.
