Zacapa Sunset

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Ron Zacapa XO
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 10 ml Aperol
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Ron Zacapa XO, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, Aperol, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with an orange twist

Serve in a coupe glass with an orange twist on the rim
