Ingrediënten

• 60 ml The Macallan 12 yrs Double Cask
• 20 ml honey syrup
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add The Macallan 12 yrs Double Cask, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
