Sherry Highlander

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Glenfiddich Malt Master's Edition Sherry Cask Finish
• 20 ml Amontillado sherry
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Add Glenfiddich Malt Master's Edition Sherry Cask Finish, Amontillado sherry, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Stir gently for 20 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and use it as a garnish

Serve in a classic rocks glass with a single large ice cube and garnish with an orange twist
