Santa Teresa Solstice

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
• 20 ml Amaro Montenegro
• 15 ml Ginger-Honey Syrup
• 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Santa Teresa 1796 Rum, Amaro Montenegro, ginger-honey syrup, and fresh lemon juice
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink

Serve in a coupe glass with a lemon twist garnish and a small sprig of rosemary placed delicately on the surface of the drink
