Royal Highland Fling

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Chivas Regal 12 yrs
• 20 ml Drambuie
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Chivas Regal 12 yrs, Drambuie, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve in a rocks glass with a large, clear ice cube, garnished with a lemon twist.
