Red Ember

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Johnnie Walker Red Label
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 10 ml ginger liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Johnnie Walker Red Label, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Garnish with a lemon twist
