Puerto Rican Sunset

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Bacardi Spiced Rum
• 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
• 15 ml simple syrup
• 15 ml passion fruit purée
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Bacardi Spiced Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and passion fruit purée.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Gently float the Angostura bitters on top of the drink.

Coupe glass, garnish with a thin lime wheel placed on the rim of the glass.
