Nikka Barrel Fashioned

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Nikka Whisky from the Barrel
• 15 ml Demerara syrup (2:1 sugar to water ratio)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
2. Add the Nikka Whisky from the Barrel, Demerara syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters
3. Stir gently for approximately 30 seconds until well-chilled
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with a large ice cube

Rocks glass, garnished with a wide orange peel, expressed over the drink to release the oils
