Negra Nocturna

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Ron Zacapa Edición Negra
• 20 ml Amaro Averna
• 15 ml Fresh lime juice
• 10 ml Agave nectar
• 2 dashes Chocolate bitters
• 1 dash Walnut bitters
• 5 ml Demerara sugar

Bereiding

1. Rim a rocks glass with demerara sugar by moistening the edge with lime juice and rotating in sugar
2. Fill the glass with one large ice cube or several large chunks
3. Pour Ron Zacapa Edición Negra into a mixing glass with ice
4. Add Amaro Averna, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar
5. Add chocolate bitters and walnut bitters
6. Stir for 12-15 seconds until properly chilled
7. Strain into the prepared rocks glass over the ice
8. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface and drop into the glass as garnish

Rocks glass with demerara sugar rim. Garnish with a fresh orange peel expressed over the drink and placed on the ice. Present the cocktail with the large ice cube clearly visible and the sugar rim intact.
