Ketel One Lemon Soleil

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Ketel One Lemon
• 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml Honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
• 10 ml Elderflower liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
2. Add Ketel One Lemon, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and elderflower liqueur
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top of the drink

Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
