Harbour's Legacy is een geroerde cocktail met English Harbour - 5 yrs, geserveerd in een coupe.

Spirit: Rum
Bereiding: Geroerd
Glas: Coupe
IJs: Zonder ijs
Garnering: Eén grote oranjezeste (2 cm breed) op de rand, tegen de binnenwand van het glas aan

Ingrediënten

60ml English Harbour 5 Year Old Rum
30ml Amontillado Sherry
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
12ml Honey Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Walnut Bitters

Bereiding

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
Stir continuously for 12-15 seconds until properly chilled
Strain into the prepared glass using a fine strainer
Express the oils from an orange twist over the surface

Coupe glass, pre-chilled. Garnish with a single large orange twist (2cm wide) placed on the rim. Present with the twist resting against the interior wall of the glass. No ice.
