Golden Harbour Elixir

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml English Harbour 10 yrs Reserve
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 10 ml ginger liqueur
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add English Harbour 10 yrs Reserve, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, ginger liqueur, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger
