El Cubano Nocturno

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Havana Club 7 yrs
• 20 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 60 ml chilled sparkling water

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Havana Club 7 yrs, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
5. Top with chilled sparkling water
6. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint

Serve in a tall highball glass with a lime wheel and mint sprig garnish
