Dewar's Highland Mist

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Dewar's White Label
• 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml Honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add Dewar's, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top

Serve with a straw
