Damoiseau Delight

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Damoiseau XO 6 yrs Rum
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 20 ml simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 egg white

Bereiding

1. Add the Damoiseau XO 6 yrs Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters to a cocktail shaker
2. Add the egg white and dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Coupe glass, garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg
