Beaming Bourbon Sour

Ingrediënten

• 50 ml Jim Beam Original
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 20 ml simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Bereiding

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon peel twist placed on the rim of the glass
