Averna Amaro Manhattan

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Averna Amaro
• 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Maraschino Cherry

Bereiding

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Add Averna Amaro, Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura Bitters.
3. Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
