Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Dolin Blanc Vermouth
• 30 ml elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Bereiding

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Dolin Blanc Vermouth, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve in a sleek coupe glass with a lemon twist elegantly perched on the rim.
