Absent Elegance

Ingrediënten

• 60 ml Absent 55 Absinthe
• 20 ml Elderflower Liqueur
• 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 10 ml Simple Syrup
• 1 egg white Egg White

Bereiding

1. Add the Absent 55 Absinthe, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker
2. Add the egg white and dry shake vigorously for 30 seconds
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds
4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass

Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist and a small sprig of fresh thyme placed delicately on the surface of the drink
