Hendrick's Garden Party

Ingredients:
- 50 ml Hendrick's Gin
- 20 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- 4 cucumber slices
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water

Instructions:
1. Muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves in a shaker.
2. Add Hendrick's Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5. Top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig. Enjoy!
