Zacapa Sunset

Ingredienti

• 60 ml Ron Zacapa No. 23
• 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
• 15 ml lime juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparazione

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Ron Zacapa No. 23, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel.
