Ingredients
- 60 ml Ron Zacapa No. 23
- 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Ron Zacapa No. 23, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel.
