Ingredients
- 50 mlClément Rhum XO
- 15 mlAged Demerara Syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
- 2 dashesGrapefruit Bitters
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes
- Add the Clément Rhum XO, Aged Demerara Syrup, Angostura Bitters, and Grapefruit Bitters
- Stir gently until well-chilled
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
To serve
