The Nectar's Elixir

Ingredienti

• 45ml Glenmorangie The Nectar 16 Yrs
• 20ml Honey liqueur
• 15ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10ml Elderflower cordial
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 Egg white
• 5ml Water

Preparazione

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice to emulsify the egg white
3. Add a large handful of ice to the shaker
4. Shake hard for 15 seconds until well-chilled
5. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass
6. Allow the foam to settle for 30 seconds

Serve in a crystal coupe glass with a delicate layer of foam approximately 1cm thick on the surface. Garnish with a single candied honeycomb piece positioned on top of the foam, and a thin lemon wheel twisted and placed on the rim. Add 2 drops of Angostura bitters in a decorative pattern across the foam top.
