Ingredienti

• 60 ml Silent Pool Distillers Silent Pool Gin
• 20 ml elderflower liqueur
• 15 ml fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml honey syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparazione

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Silent Pool Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
