Highland Harmony

Ingredienti

• 60 ml Glenfiddich 18 yrs
• 15 ml honey syrup
• 10 ml fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Preparazione

1. Fill a shaker with ice
2. Add Glenfiddich 18 yrs, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and Angostura bitters
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube
5. Garnish with a lemon twist

Serve in a rocks glass with a large, clear ice cube and garnish with a delicate lemon twist
