Ingredienti
- 60ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Preparazione
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice for 1 minute to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
