Ingredienti
- 60 ml Olmeca Altos Reposado
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml agave syrup
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Preparazione
- Fill a shaker with ice
- Add Olmeca Altos Reposado, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, pineapple juice, and orange bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel on the rim
Serve in a rocks glass with a fresh pineapple wedge and a vibrant lime wheel as garnish
