Fuerte Elegancia

Ingredienti

• 60 ml Don Fulano Tequila Blanco Fuerte
• 22.5 ml fresh lime juice
• 15 ml agave nectar
• 7.5 ml Cointreau
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt

Preparazione

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with premium ice.
2. Add Don Fulano Blanco Fuerte, fresh lime juice, agave nectar, Cointreau, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
4. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the chilled glass.
5. Express the oils from a lime wheel over the surface.

Rim with Himalayan pink salt and dried lime zest applied to half the rim, serve with one large clear ice cube if desired.
