- 60ml HMS Spirits Elizabeth Gin
- 20ml Elderflower liqueur
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Honey syrup
Preparazione
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add the HMS Spirits Elizabeth Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and honey syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
